Meet Your Hosts

Chris Dlugozima, portrait in a purple shirt

Chris Dlugozima
Learning Experience Designer
Michigan, USA

Chris is the one writing this bio, so he refuses to talk about himself in the third person (starting now). I’m a Learning Experience Designer at GreenPath Financial Wellness, where I’ve been since the beginning of the millennium. Using creativity and a sense of humor, I provide humans with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate their lives when it comes to their money.

Some of my favorite things are road trips to nowhere, tennis, yoga and creating deliciousness.

Omari Hall
Learning & Diversity Strategy Leader
Michigan, USA

Omari has been with GreenPath since 2017. Thus far in his tenure, he has primarily served as a certified Financial Wellness Expert, using tools and resources to help clients understand their options, strategies and next steps as they face financial hardships. Omari is a Detroit native with an immense passion for the city. From that passion, Omari has had the opportunity to expand his role at GreenPath as a Learning Experience Designer, with a focus on how GreenPath might refocus its resources to better support disenfranchised communities.

Hi! I’m Shamica! I’m a Native Detroiter and GreenPather as of 2018. I am passionate about overcoming barriers and creating more entryways to financial wellness for all, regardless of financial background. I have spent my time at GreenPath bouncing between new roles. I am lucky to have found a home on the Education Team as a Learning Experience Designer. In this role, I am excited to bring engaging and informative financial wellness material with your experience as the listener/reader in mind.

Alexandra podcast portrait

Alexandra Cisneros
Innovation Strategist
Wisconsin, USA

Having grown up between two countries, I have adapted to many names including Alejandra, Al Pal and Sandy pants, to name a few. I’ve also adapted to living a bilingual, bicultural life with a Spanish father and American Mother. I enjoy identifying the differences between cultures and exploring how our environments aid us in certain paths. I often consider the question, “How might we provide people with desired information when it would most positively impact their journey?”
