GreenPath Financial Wellness is honored to be named a 2023 Top Workplaces USA by Energage — a purpose-driven organization with a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees.
Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have created a thriving work culture.
“This award speaks to our sustained efforts in creating an environment that values employees’ needs. Wellness and inclusivity begin in our workspace, and we’re committed to supporting our employees as they actively support their community,” notes Susan Murphy, Chief People Officer.
Recipients of the Top Workplaces award are selected solely on employee feedback gathered through a research-backed engagement survey. Results are examined across 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
