If something were to happen to you tomorrow, do you have all of your financial information in one place? I know I didn’t. We are on this challenge of owning our money and taking control of our finances. A big part of this is shifting your mindset.

The vast majority of people are unorganized. We don’t always think about color-coding or alphabetizing.  We are not wired that way but we can get there.

If you want to make your financial goals a reality, it’s important to prioritize organizing your finances. GreenPath can help you feel empowered to take your money and get it completely under your control.

By getting organized you can make strides at achieving big goals, such as: paying off your student loans, taking a real vacation, buying a car or buying a house. Organizing your finances makes this easier to accomplish.

So today’s challenge is to write it all down and organize your financial information. Yes, put everything down. Print/download this worksheet. Fill in all of your information and then place the sheet in a secure place.

This could be a lockbox or it could be a password-protected form on your computer.

Pro tip: Save your worksheet and your password worksheet in 2 different locations. Make sure someone knows where they are (including you!).
