Cultural Excellence Awards – Top Workplaces 2022

Farmington Hills, Mich. (April 28, 2022) – GreenPath Financial Wellness,  a national nonprofit that provides financial counseling and debt management services, has earned 2022 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence recognition for Work-Life Flexibility. Issued by Energage, the research company with more than 16 years of experience surveying over 27 million employees at 70,000 organizations, Top Workplaces awards are based solely on employee feedback via a research-backed, 24-item employee engagement survey. This is the seventh Top Workplaces honor that GreenPath has received.

Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards celebrate organizations that excel in specific areas of workplace culture such as Leadership, Innovation, Compensation & Benefits, Purpose & Values. The Work-Life Flexibility Top Workplaces award celebrates the organizations who provide options to their employees in how and where they work, as well as having managers who care for their employees’ concerns.

In 2021, GreenPath launched its Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (I.D.E.A.) initiative, a company-wide commitment to intentionally and systematically align company resources, interactions, practices, policies, systems, and processes to drive engagement across employees, clients and communities toward I.D.E.A. objectives.
