Confidential and free support to assist with emotional and mental health needs. Fully funded by GreenPath for every employee and their family. - Employee Hardship Funds:
The Grant Circle is an Employee Hardship Fund, a resource to help GreenPath and Affiliate team members get through tough financial situations. - PTO Donation Program:
Our team members may voluntarily donate some of their accrued PTO to a PTO bank that other employees may request in crisis situations. - Health Savings Account Match:
GreenPath offers a match of up to $500 of employee contributions to their Health Savings Accounts. - Livongo, Diabetes Management:
Livongo provides an advanced glucose meter, unlimited strips and lancets, and personalized coaching, 100% paid for by GreenPath. - Brighten, Employee Rewards:

Employee Benefits and Perks
GreenPath offers a wide range of medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability, long-term disability, and even pet insurance.
GreenPath employees can start contributing to a 403(b) retirement plan right away! After one year of employment, GreenPath will begin contributing an equivalent of 5% of your earnings on your behalf.
All full-time employees receive 19 paid days off during the first year of employment, in addition to 11 company-paid holidays per year.
We are a qualified employer under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. You may be eligible for federal student loans forgiveness.
GreenPath team members are eligible for up to $2,500 in tuition reimbursement per year and 50% off tuition for online business programs at Cleary University.
