Healthcare
GreenPath offers a wide range of medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability, long-term disability, and even pet insurance.
Retirement
GreenPath employees can start contributing to a 403(b) retirement plan right away! After one year of employment, GreenPath will begin contributing an equivalent of 5% of your earnings on your behalf.
Paid Time Off
We believe in supporting our team both in and out of the workplace. That’s why we offer a comprehensive and flexible paid time off (PTO) package designed to promote well-being, balance, and peace of mind:

Preventative Care Time: Receive 4 hours of paid medical care time annually to attend preventative health appointments for yourself or your dependents — because your health matters.

Floating Holiday: Enjoy the flexibility of a floating holiday to celebrate what’s meaningful to you.

Paid Holidays: Take time to recharge with 10 paid holidays each year.

Accrued PTO:

PTO accrues based on hours worked, giving you the flexibility to earn time off as you go.

Full-Time employees can accrue the equivalent of 10 PTO days in their first year, increasing to 15 days after 1 year of service. Additionally, the PTO accrual will continue to increase by 5 days after 5 years, 10 years, and 20 years of service.

Bereavement Leave: We offer paid bereavement leave to support you during times of personal loss.
Student Loan Relief
We are a qualified employer under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. You may be eligible for federal student loans forgiveness.
Continuous Education
GreenPath team members are eligible for up to $2,500 in tuition reimbursement per year and 50% off tuition for online business programs at Cleary University.
